Discounts:

For Reservations of 4 or More Consecutive Weeks During the Months of April Through December We Offer a 15% Discount.
For Reservations of 12 or More Consecutive Weeks During the Months of January through March We Offer a 10% Discount. If Part of the 12 Weeks Begins Earlier Than January or Lasts Longer Than March, Those Weeks Will Be Given a 15% Discount.

All discounts are computed and displayed during the Reservation Process.

Security/Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee:

Classic Apartments:

$100/Wk. with $400 Max. Security Deposit. Due at time of reservation.

A One-time $50 Cleaning Fee is Deducted From the Deposit. Apartment Is Cleaned Upon Guest Departure. Additional Cleaning Service Available.

Executive Apartments:

$200/Wk. with $800 Max. Security Deposit. Due at time of reservation.
A One-time $75 Cleaning Fee is Deducted From the Deposit. Apartment Is Cleaned Upon Guest Departure. Additional Cleaning Service Available.

Remainder Of Deposit Is Returned Within 60 Days Of Departure.

Rate Policy Based On:

Classic Apartments: Running From Check-In Saturday at 2:00 P.M. to Check-Out on The Following Saturday at 10:00 A.M.
Executive Apartments: Running From Check-In Saturday at 4:00 P.M. to Check-Out on The Following Saturday at 11:00 A.M.

Until Reservation Is Confirmed Rates Can Change Without Notice

Cancellation Policy:

Payments Refunded Only If Reservation Is Canceled 45 Or More Days Prior To Reservation Date. A Processing Fee of 50% of Total Deposit Will Apply.

Conditions:

Full Payment Is Required 45 Days Prior to Date Of Arrival.
A Rental Agreement Must Be Executed Prior To Occupancy.
All Guest Occupants Must Be Non-Smokers.
Pets Are Not Welcome Due To Guest Allergies and Potential Flea and Mite Infestations.

Refunds:

Addresses Within the U.S. Will Receive a Deposit Refund Check.
Addresses Outside the U.S. Will Receive a Deposit Refund via a PayPal Payment.
Refund is sent within 60 days of departure.
